TESTS
In Fall Protection Laboratory we have exclusive testing methods for safety at heights of the most recognized national and international standards such as NOM, NMX, ANSI, EN, ASTM. Performing the verification of fall safety equipment guarantees the proper functioning to perform a safe work.
Our laboratory tests to personal protective equipment and safety materials are dynamic: we have the necessary infrastructure and technology to perform all types of dynamic testing (free fall); all dynamic tests are recorded using high speed technology and data acquisition systems of last generation and our staff is the most highly competent to perform tests to safety products at heights.
Our laboratory tests are also static: we perform tension and compression tests on materials and products such as: Safety harnesses, Fall arrest ropes (lanyards with absorber), Positioning ropes (lanyards without absorber), Energy absorber, Anchorages Connectors (fixed point), Flexible vertical lifelines, Fall arrester, Self-retracting lines, Self retracting lifelines with rescue capability, Belts, Hardware (rings, hooks, buckles), Flexible horizontal lifelines, Rigid horizontal lifelines, Rigid vertical lifelines, Wall anchors, Rails, Tripods, Components such as webbing, seams, etc. We have specialized equipment and accessories manufactured exclusively for the realization of our tests and we test from the most basic to the most complex equipment for safety at heights.

STATIC

We perform tension and compression tests to materials and products such as: harnesses, cables, belts, lifelines, etc.

We have specialized equipment and accessories manufactured exclusively for our tests.

Ensayamos desde lo más básico hasta lo más complejo de un equipo para la seguridad en alturas.
Our laboratory tests are also static: we perform tension and compression tests on materials and products such as: Safety Harnesses, Fall Protection Cables (slings with absorber), Positioning Cables (slings without absorber), Energy Absorber, Connector Anchors (point fixed), Flexible vertical lifelines, Fall restraint, Self-retracting lines, Self-retracting lines with rescue capacity, Belts, Hardware (rings, hooks, buckles), Flexible horizontal lifelines, Rigid horizontal lifelines, Vertical lifelines rigid, wall anchors, rails, tripods, components such as tapes, seams, etc. We have specialized equipment and accessories exclusively manufactured to carry out our tests and we test from the most basic to the most complex equipment for safety at heights.

ENGINEERING SYSTEMS

Today, it is not enough to simply carry a personal fall arrest system. FPL offers engineered systems evaluation for industry.

FPL has data acquisition equipment for the generation of graphs that show the behavior of its engineering system.

We are very clear about our objective and that of our clients, which is why we evaluate the smallest detail.
